The Amanda Knox Case [/b]
I have posted several times about this case on my blogsite here. . . I think one of the very best discussions I have ever viewed is contained in several blog posts directed by a Miss R on the site, Lies Our Mothers Told Us. I think there is a great deal of psychopathology within Amanda Knox, and also her Italian boyfriend, Raffaele Sollescitto. I have also wondered if there might be cultural pathology indicated as well: Ms. Knox was a child of divorce, who had a 27 year old stepfather enter the home when she was 14. What effects might this have on a developing psyche? Of course people respond differently due to a myriad of genetic, individual, and personal factors; Nevertheless, a constellation of aspects may be dangerous at a certain point in development. Anyone have thoughts to share on this?
